Dr. Bryan Burton, Associate Professor at Sonoma State University, earned his Ph.D. from UC Irvine. He specializes in white-collar and corporate crime, healthcare fraud, and criminological theory. He is active in international education and leads study abroad programs to several countries, including Japan and Sweden.

Prof. Dr. Flavia Iuspa

Dr. Flavia Iuspa is an Associate Teaching Professor at the School of Education and Human Development, specializing in the internationalization of higher education, politics of curriculum, and global learning. She has worked on international projects in countries like Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Italy, and Jamaica. Dr. Iuspa is an active presenter at AAC&U, CIES, and The Future of Education conferences on topics such as study abroad programs and global issues in education. Dr. Iuspa has received the 2019 FIU Faculty Senate Award for Excellence in Teaching and the 2019 Faculty Choice Award for Excellence in Learner Engagement from FIU Online.

Prof. Dr. Jin-Young

Jin-Young obtained her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from New York University, and her Master’s degree in Development Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She received her Ph. D. degree in Child Development from Seoul National University. Jin-Young is currently a professor in the Dept. of Early Childhood Education, Pusan National University, S. Korea. Her academic interest is parents-child attachment, teacher-child attachment, and children’s mental health. Recently she developed the English program for the preschoolers as the principal investigator funded by the Korean Ministry of Education.

Prof. Margo Collier

Margo Collier, PhD, associate professor in Special Education Department at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She coordinates and teaches in the Educational Diagnostician Certification Program in which graduate students are trained to assess and determine eligibility of students with disabilities. Her research interests include home-and-school partnerships, multidisciplinary collaboration in teaching and research, and meaningful assessment for all students.

Prof. Arkhe M. Pacis

Dr. Arkhe M. Pacis, PMP®, is an Assistant Professor and a practitioner specializing in Business Analytics, Operations, and Project Management. He possesses a Doctorate in Management and a master’s degree in accounting. Dr. Pacis is particularly interested in data-driven strategy, process enhancement, and organizational performance optimization.

Prof. Cathy Huaqing Qi

Cathy (Huaqing) Qi (Ph.D) is a Professor in the Special Education Department at the University of New Mexico. Her research focuses on children’s language and behavioral developments. She has published numerous papers on issues related to language and behavior assessments and evidence-based practices for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Prof. Dr. Taha Ertuğrul Kuzu

Prof. Dr. Taha Ertuğrul Kuzu studied language and mathematics education at TU Dortmund (2008–2014) and earned his doctorate in 2018. He worked as a primary school teacher (2018–2020) and as a PostDoc at Münster University (2020–2022) on translanguaging and digital media in mathematics education. Since 10/2023, he is Tenure-Track-Professor for “Heterogeneity in Primary School” at the University of Education in Schwäbisch Gmünd. His research focuses on multilingualism, digital media, and qualitative-reconstructive research, especially interpretative interaction analysis.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lyle Hamm

Dr. Lyle “Steamer” Hamm is an Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership in Education at the University of New Brunswick. His teaching and research focus on immigration trends, demographically changing schools and communities, and intercultural and antiracist education grounded in critical transformative/social justice leadership theory.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Margarita Kuqali

Margarita Kuqali is an Associate Professor of Physics at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where she has taught for 25 years. She holds a Physics degree from the University of Tirana, Albania (2000), completed a Diploma Programme in Condensed Matter Physics at International Centre for theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy (2002–2003), and earned a PhD in Fluid Dynamics in collaboration with ICTP (2009). Her research interests include Fluid Dynamics, Radiation Dosimetry, Radiation Protection and lately Education.

Ass.Prof. Dr. Dr. Rami Olwan

Dr. Rami Olwan is an Assistant Professor of Law at Curtin University’s School of Law in Perth, Australia, specializing in business law and intellectual property (IP). He holds postgraduate degrees in IP from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Dr. Olwan has made notable scholarly contributions, particularly on legal issues in the Middle East and the role of IP in sustainable development. His research has been widely published in leading academic journals, including GRUR International, Journal of Intellectual Property and Practice (JIPLP), European Intellectual Property Law Review (EIPR), World Intellectual Property Journal (WIPJ), WIPO Journal, and Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review (ILR)./p>

Dr. Winnie Chiu

Dr. Winnie Chiu is a Lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, specializing in tourism, international business, and law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and a Doctorate in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Chiu also earned a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne and completed law degrees at Manchester Metropolitan University and Tsinghua University. Additionally, she holds a Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the University of Hong Kong. Her multidisciplinary academic background bridges tourism, business, and legal studies. Dr. Chiu currently leads a research project titled “Blockchain-based Application for Enhancing Student Engagement and Co-creation,” funded by the Teaching Development Grant (2022–25), focusing on innovative technology in education.

Dr. Maarit Laurento

Dr. Maarit Laurento has conducted educational research at the Universities of Lapland and Helsinki in Finland. She currently serves as an educational specialist for the City of Somero, where she combines administrative duties with a strong focus on literacy development. Her ICTLE topic, Reading with a Granny, is a scalable and remote literacy-promotion method, co-developed with senior teachers. The approach has been implemented in Finland, Greece, and Cyprus.

Dr. Türkan Kaplan

Türkan Kaplan, having her BA From EngliSH Language and Literature, Ankara University and MA from Anglistik, University of Vienna, completed her Phd at Ankara University on Adult Education. She is now working at University of Turkish Aeronatical Association (a foundation university) as an instructor of English. She is in Education&Literature.

Dr. Choy Yat-ling

Choy Yat-ling, Elaine is currently Lecturer I at the Department of Literature and Cultural Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Chinese Language Education, a Master of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature, a Master of Arts in School Guidance and Counselling, and a Doctor of Education. Awardee of “Faculty Teaching Award Scheme 2023/24 ” (Faculty of Humanities, EdUHK) and “The Next Writer Publication Funding Scheme – Season 2” (The Hong Kong Publishing Federation Limited). Her research focuses on Chinese language education, Chinese history education, affective education, counselling studies, positive psychology, etc.

Dr. Manju Varma

Dr. Manju Varma is an expert in anti-racist education and Harvard-trained conflict mediator. A graduate of University of Toronto, she has held roles in academia and government, publishing internationally. She held the role of Canada’s first provincial Commissioner of Systemic Racism. She is now CEO of Engaging Matters, promoting anti-discrimination.

Dr. Ella Mirkin

Dr. Mirkin is a faculty member and pedagogical instructor in the special education training program at Oranim College of Education. She specializes in interventions for learning disabilities in Reading and Mathematics. Her research focuses on adapting interventions for students with varied capabilities, self-regulation, giftedness, and bilingualism, combined with the development of training programs for preservice teachers.

Dr. Dafna Granit Dgani

Dr. Dafna Granit Dgani is an experienced educational leader and manager with a Ph.D. in Environmental Education from Ben-Gurion University. She has over 20 years of experience in professional development and pedagogical training. Currently, she serves as the head of professional development at Kaye Academic College of Education and manages the School of Professional Development at MOFET Institute in Israel. She specializes in innovative teaching methods and community-based educational initiatives, and has published several books and articles on environmental education

Dr. Stella Gidalevich

Dr. Gidalevich is a college professor and pedagogical instructor in the special education training program at Oranim College of Education. She specializes in learning disabilities intervention, with a particular focus on Mathematics. Her research examines the adaptation of interventions for students with diverse capabilities, self-regulation, and the development of training programs for preservice teachers.
In recent years, Dr. Gidalevich has concentrated her research on emotional regulation, the adaptation of intervention programs for various age groups, and the development of tools to foster social-emotional skills.

Dr. Galib Sharifov

Dr. Galib Sharifov holds a PhD in Physics and is an Associate Professor at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, where he also heads the Quality Assurance Department. He specializes in physics education, curriculum development, and quality assurance in higher education. He has co-authored a national physics textbook and published over 90 scientific papers, 18 of which are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He was awarded an Honorary Diploma by the Ministry of Science and Education for his contributions to academic excellence.

Dr. Evren Morgül

Evren Morgül is a Ph.D. Child and Adolescent Psychologist, working with children, adolescents, and their families. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology in Turkey, earned her Master’s from King’s College London, and her doctorate from the University of Roehampton, London. Evren specializes in child and parental mental health and wellbeing, with a strong interest in resilience, emotional development, and family support systems. Her doctoral research explored the psychological impact of COVID-19 lockdowns on children and families. She is passionate about translating academic research into accessible interventions that foster mental wellness in everyday life.

Mr. Adekunle Temitope Oriyomi

Adekunle Temitope Oriyomi is master student in Business Administration at National Open University Abuja, Nigeria. He got a Bsc Sociology Education from Tai Solarin University of Education Ogun state, Nigeria and is a senior administrative officer in National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), Nigeria.

Mr. Sami Alwahaibi

Sami Alwahaibi is working as an IT Security Officer at the Ministry of Education. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity. He is passionate about the ethical implications of AI and the evolving technology landscape. He is dedicated to enhancing digital security and has earned recognition within the field. MS. Angela Lombardo Pontillo

Angela Lombardo Pontillo is a PhD candidate at the University of Macerata (Italy), specializing in inclusive education in teaching and learning sciences. Her main research interests focus on special educational needs (SEN) and specific learning disorders (SLD), particularly in multilingual contexts. She holds a Master’s degree from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and is passionate about the intersection of linguistics, pedagogy, and neurodevelopmental research aimed at supporting students with diverse learning profiles.

Ms. Zixuan Chen

Zixuan is a fully-funded PhD student at the Education University of Hong Kong. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree from UCL. Her research focuses on the higher education well-beings of ethnic minority students. Zixuan is also a 2025 Global Peace Affairs Ambassador.

Mr. Eboigbe Nosakhare Sam

Nosakhare Sam is a third-year student in Information and Communication Technology of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and his areas of interest are based on cybersecurity. He has actively engaged in research and academic writing on digital security and emerging threats. His paper, which he presented to the ICTLE conference recently, was accepted; this is a commitment to passion in the field. Nosakhare is committed to the continuous expansion of knowledge and contribution to the development of cybersecurity. He also intends to continue higher studies in innovating solutions to develop the ever-evolving cyber threats.

Ms. Yan Zhang

Yan Zhang, an ACTFL OPI Tester and award-winning educator, specializes in international education, curriculum design, intercultural communication, and study abroad. As the founding director of the Chinese program at the University of Wyoming, she has received prestigious teaching awards and research grants, advancing experiential learning, global classrooms, community service, cultural adaptation, and sustainable academic collaboration worldwide.

Mrs. Cristina Greco

Cristina Greco is a second-year PhD student in the National Doctorate in Learning Sciences and Digital Technologies at the University of Milan. Her research focuses on the relationship of AI and music education. She holds a Master’s degree in Media Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies. Her musical journey started with the study of the cello. She is music teacher, and music therapist. Greco is also a Baroque music singer, with a particular interest in the works of Monteverdi.

Ms. Khalsa Ali Al Aamri

Khalsa Ali Al Aamri is a Senior Lecturer at UTAS Al Musanna with over a decade of experience in English language education. She holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Glasgow and has taught across all levels of the General and Post Foundation Programs. Known for her leadership in curriculum coordination and extracurricular activities, Khalsa is also a frequent presenter at international conferences like TESOL Cambodia and TESOL Arabia. Her interests include AI in education, academic advising, and critical thinking. A Microsoft Certified Educator, she is committed to enriching learning experiences through innovation, research, and professional development.

Ms. Nisha Mahaur

Nisha Mahaur is a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Pedagogical Sciences at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.A. in Mathematics, along with B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. Her research interests include Mathematics, Machine Learning, and Educational Psychology. She has published two papers in SCOPUS-indexed journals and presented three research papers at international conferences.

Prof. Dr. Zdena Kralova

Zdena Kralova, Ph.D. is a Professor of Language Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia. Her research interests focus on the psychological aspects of foreign language teaching and learning. She is the author of about twenty books and more than one hundred articles.

Assco. Prof. Dr. Brahim Machaal

Dr. Brahim Machaal is an Associate Professor in Applied Linguistics and Translation at Ibn Zohr University Multidisciplinary Faculty of Taroudant in Morocco. He holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from London Metropolitan University in the UK. His research interests focus on topics ranging from learning mediation, the role of the learner’s first language in learning foreign languages and the cognitive aspect of translation processes. Dr. Machaal is also a sworn and certified Translator and Interpreter registered with the South African Ministry of Justice and the New York Unified Courts System.

Prof. Dr. Elena Kováčiková

Elena Kovacikova currently works as a university teacher at the Department of English Language and Culture at the Faculty of Education in Nitra, Slovakia. She has been involved in pre-service English teacher training programs, is a co-author of an English textbook for children. Her research, project areas and academic papers focus on didactics in ELT, CLIL, SEN learners, very young learners, and challenges in teacher professions.

Dr. Margarita Pino-Juste

Dr. Margarita Pino-Juste holds a PhD in Education and is a Regular Professor at the University of Vigo. Department of Didactics, School Planning and Research Methods Research. Group GIES-10. Her publications and research guidelines focus on design and evaluation of programs in the formal and non-formal educational environment with different groups.

Dr. Beatriz Rodríguez

Dr. Beatriz Rodríguez holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics. She has worked as a senior lecturer for more than thirty years at different universities and is currently working at the National University of Distance Learning (UNED). She also has experience in teaching at Infant, Primary and Secondary levels. Group GIES-10. Prof. Dr. Dulce Maria Franco

Prof. Dr. Dulce Maria Franco has a PhD in Educational Sciences. Évora University. She is the Director of the master’s in teaching (CN/Mat) and the Professor and Researcher in CeIED Universidade Lusófona, Research and Learning Community, and in Policies and Governance. She also is a Member of the Pedagogical Council and member of the Technical-Scientific Council (ESEL), Supervised doctorates, master’s degrees, and professional internships. Prof. Hsiu-Ling Chen

Hsiu-Ling Chen is Professor of Digital Learning and Education at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She received her PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. Her main research interest is ICT integration in education, including flipped classrooms, CSCL (computer supported collaborative learning), digital storytelling, game-based learning and high-order cognitive thinking (critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, metacognition).

Prof. Maria Teresa Ramilo

Maria Teresa Ramilo got PhD in Sports Sciences, FSSPE_Oporto University (1997). She is a professor and researcher in Lusófona University, Lisbon.

Ms. Maryna Hattingh

Maryna Hattingh is a lecturer at the Faculty of Education at the University of the Free State, where she teaches Creative Arts to intermediate phases pre-service teachers. Having studied Drama and Theatre Arts, Maryna knew she wanted to go into education and share her passion for the arts with others. In addition to studying Drama and Theatre Arts, she completed her Master’s degree in Drama and Theatre Arts and then went on to complete her PGCE. Currently, she is working on her PhD with a focus on creative arts teaching approaches in Higher Education.

Assoc. Prof. Pajaree Ackaradejruangsri

Pajaree Ackaradejruangsri is an Associate Professor, teaching at the College of International Management, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Her specialization is in Marketing and Business Management. Her research interests range widely from consumer behavior, marketing strategy, international business and management to inclusive teaching and learning. Thus far, she has published more than ten journal articles and two teaching cases in the peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Timothy Kieran O’Mahony

Dr. O’Mahony is founder Institute for Connecting Neuroscience with Teaching & Learning, an educational non-profit that facilitates teacher Professional Development. As Co-PI on a National Institutes for Health grant, Dr. O’Mahony formulated an educational methodology that is grounded in neuroscience for mental wellbeing. Winner of the Pathfinder Award for educational innovation and WASA Prize for groundbreaking work in the neuroscience of learning.

Dr. Maryna Hattingh

Dr. Maryna Hatting is an occupational health nurse and nurse educator with a PhD in health professions education and has been a lecturer at the University of the Free State School of Nursing since 2020. From 2014 to 2020, she worked as the clinical skills coordinator of the School of Medicine at the UFS. Her research interests include care ethics and peer physical examination.

Dr. Laurence Peters

Graduated in BA of English Literature, Dr Peters he taught English and Drama at a Sixth Form College (grades 10-12) outside London. Subsequently, he received an MA (Educ) degree in the Theory and Practice of English Teaching and his Ph.D. After writing and teaching he gained a Law Degree from the University of Maryland also in 1986.
Dr Peters became counsel to the Subcommittee on Select Education & Civil Rights for the US House of Representatives (1986-1993) and subsequently served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the US Department of Education (1993-2001). Dr Peters later directed the Mid-Atlantic Regional Technology in Education Consortium (MAR*TEC) working out of Temple University in Philadelphia.

Dr. Paula Ferreira

Paula Ferreira is a researcher in Educational Psychology of the Adaptation Processes in Context Group (ProAdapt) at the Research Center for Psychological Science (CICPSI) at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon (FPUL). She is the coordinator of the Inter-University Doctoral Program in Educational Psychology of FPUL and the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra, as well as of the Cyberbullying Research Program at ProAdapt (CICPSI).

Mrs. Adeniyi Ronke Abidemi

Mr. Akintunde Ezekiel Olukayode is an Analytical chemistry personnel with a linguistics and information management systems background. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching and consulting. He has a BSc in Analytical Chemistry, a BA in Linguistics, a Diploma in Information Management Systems, a Diploma in Healthcare assistance, Certifications in Scrum Master training, Scrum and Agile Immersion training, Business analytics fundamentals, etc
He is presently The Digital Project Development Officer at KABOD Network Systems. His  expertise extends to multilingualism, language diversity, and the cognitive processes underlying language use.

Ms. Sobande Omosalewa Wunmi

Ms. Sobande Omosalewa Wunmi is a committed educator, specializing in education and Administration; She holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from Ajayi Crowther University and a PGDE in Education from the University of Ilorin.
She has gained experiences in Nigeria Education system and she currently hold the position of Vice Principal of Administration at Duola International College. Outside of work, she finds joy in playing volleyball, traveling, and volunteering in her local community.
Her dedication to Ogun State Education Board earned her OGE Leadership Award in 2022 and the Duola PTF Best Teachers Award in 2023.

Miss Piera Vilia Armellino

She started her career with a federal diploma in vocational education, followed by 20 years in commercial fields such as accounting, banking and human resources. After graduating with a Master of Secondary Education, she went into teaching. She is now studying for two more Masters in Psychology and Education. In addition to teaching, she heads the school’s research department and works in educational counselling for pupils, students and companies. She focuses on educational equity, didactics, neuroscience and learning, and the transition of students to Work 4.0.

Ms. Himanshi Sharma

She is a distinguished scholar in the field of education, serving as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at Concentric Educational Solutions, USA. Himanshi is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Mind, Brain, and Teaching at Johns Hopkins University. Her research primarily focuses on student belonging, motivation, and teacher readiness—integral components she believes are essential for creating learning environments where all students can excel. Beyond academia, Himanshi is an accomplished entrepreneur with a notable track record of founding and leading startups aimed at empowering underserved communities. Ms. Lilian Christine Dehnel

Ed.D student with Buckingham University, UK. A Fellow with the Chartered College of Teaching, Christine is currently an Assistant Principal and operational lead for an alternative 6th form in the UK. With a special interest in animal interventions and alternative education she aims to submit her thesis this summer.

Mr. Alejandro Pérez Gutiérrez

Registered Nurse, PhD student, Research Group on Education, Physical Activity and Health (GIES-10), Galicia Sur Research Institute, SERGAS-UVIGO, Vigo, (Spain). Mrs. Hajer Al Majarafi

Hajer Al Majarafi is a senior lecturer and Director of Quality Assurance for the General Foundation Programme at Majan University College. She obtained her 1st class honours Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the University of Bedfordshire, and received certificates of Academic Excellence and Achievement. Ms.Cora Howe

Cora Howe is an educator who is passionate about inclusive education. She recently completed her MA by Research at Mary Immaculate College. Her research focuses on self-regulation support for autistic students. The Irish National Teachers’ Organisation recently awarded this research the 2023 Educational Research Bursary. Cora also completed an undergraduate degree in education and psychology from Mary Immaculate College where she won the College Gold Medal and Kieran Burke Fellowship. Msc. Diana Stilwell

Diana Stilwell received an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lisbon and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the same institution. Claire McIntosh is a music specialist, educator and researcher based in Aberdeen, with over 11 years teaching experience.
