Dr. Smilena Smilkova is an associate professor of Music Education Methodology in Kindergarten and Primary School at “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov” University, Burgas, Bulgaria. Her scientific interests are in the field of music education methodology, piano methodology, psychology. She has published 3 books and many scientific articles in the field of music pedagogy. Her main research and interests are in the perception of classical instrumental music by children and students.
