Juris Porozovs, Dr.biol. Professor and leading researcher of the University of Latvia, Faculty of Education, Psychology and Art. Dr. Dalia Fahmy
Dr. Dalia Fahmy is Associate Professor of Political Science at Long Island University and a visiting scholar that the Center for the Study of Genocide and Human Rights at Rutgers University. Dr. Fahmy’s book include, “Arab Spring: Modernity, Identity and Change,” “Illiberal Intelligentsia and the Future of Egyptian Democracy,” and “International Relations.”

First Round History
So what made the first round of conference so special? Hosted on the 15th-17th of March in Berlin, Germany, ICTLE was attended by a truly international audience from such countries as Slovak Republic, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Croatia, Egypt, the United States, Brazil, Ecuador, Kazakhstan, and many others. The learning environment created by both the attendees and the prestigious speaker panel was inspiring. Covering a wide range of topics – learning through guided imagery, globalization of teaching, learning in the digital age, and others – the program, designed by our highly experienced and knowledgeable scientific committee, received glowing feedback from the attendees.
Second Round History
The 2nd International Conference on Teaching, Learning and Education (ICTLE), hosted on November 15-17, 2019 in Rotterdam, was a definitive success. Attended by scholars, researchers, graduate and post-graduate students, members of non-profit organizations, and business representatives, it provided a perfect platform to exchange knowledge, evaluate the latest research, identify trends and challenges in the field, and collaborate on innovative solutions.
The participants came from such countries as Ukraine, Italy, Germany, UAE, Nepal, Czech Republic, South Africa, Georgia, UK, US, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uganda, Philippines, and many others. It was truly inspiring to see world-class academics engage in vibrant discussions and share their experience and knowledge with each other.
First Visit to Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the Netherlands’ capital, known for its artistic heritage, elaborate canal system and narrow houses with gabled facades, legacies of the city’s 17th-century Golden Age. Its Museum District houses the Van Gogh Museum, works by Rembrandt and Vermeer at the Rijksmuseum, and modern art at the Stedelijk. Cycling is key to the city’s character, and there are numerous bike paths.
